Vegetable stir fry
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp oil
- broccoli florets
- mushrooms sliced
- green beans
- onion sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp premium dark soy sauce
Instructions
- Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the remaining vegetables to the wok. Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. You may need to cook them in batches if your wok is not large enough.
